It’s the best time of the year!
There’s sooo many reasons to love this time of the year!
For starters, lets say the Clothing While I’m not a fan of cold weather, I do like to see all the new sweaters and winter items. From great boots and legging, corduroy and let’s not forgot about the holiday festive dresses.
If you’re a new gun owner and considering about learning, or rather getting used to the idea of carrying, you’re going to love this time of the year!
Winter and cold weather clothing make it very easy to begin this new journey. The style, the thickness of fabrics naturally hide the firearm from others being able to notice it.
Another reason to love this time of the year, is BLACK FRIDAY SALES!
I’d like to take this time to encourage you to buy from small business, yes, even Incognito Wear IX. This year our Black Friday is a throw back to tradition. ONE DAY DEALS- FRIDAY! …UNLESS, you get on our the Early Access list.
As we look to support others at this giving season, let’s remember to support those who give back, to your community and buy from small businesses.
Personally, I love helping you feel confident about protecting your life. I love that my clothing helps you do it, without looking like you are carrying. Clothing that’s practical; not Tactical. I love making Clothing and holsters that are Made in America. I love supporting American workers.
I love this season! I love the food. I love Hallmark Christmas movies. I love celebrating the Birth of Jesus, my Savior. I love spending time with friends and family.
Enjoy the season. Stay focused. As wonderful as this time of year is, there are others out there looking for an easy victim. Make sure you aren’t one but staying alert, aware and don’t leave valuables visible in you car.
Keep your doors (car, home) locked.
Be stylish, armed and incognito. It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

With warmer weather on the way. As the seasons change, so do hair styles. This spring, grab the gel and slick back your hair! Slicked back buns will put you on point. Messy bun, top bun, side bun, chignon bun…. all the options for any occasion 🙂
You’ll find one of the Hottest trends with Slicked backed buns.
A bun doesn’t have to be a nape of the neck, it can even be on top. For simple instructions for making a bun, you have to start with a good old fashion pony tail. Gather all your hair at the back of your head and secure with elastic band.
“You can either craft a bun or use a donut. Both have their pros and cons — a donut will give you that perfect bun look. Simply wrap your ponytail around the donut, making sure the donut isn’t shown, and tuck any extra hair into the bun with bobby pins.
A makeshift bun, on the other hand, is more of a freestyle. Wrap your ponytail around in clockwise motions and secure it down with extra rubber bands and bobby pins. And, there you have it — get ready to rock this chic look.”
One small vocabulary lesson on buns, cause I didn’t realize this! Buns Can be Chignons BUT Chignons ARE NOT Buns.
Buns aren’t located in a fixed spot like chignons.

This week’s Fashion Friday is Wide leg vs. Skinny jeans.
Alot of fashion experts are saying the Skinny jeans trend is on the way out, but I gotta disagree! Are you giving up the tall boots and tucked in jean look?
Especially, for during the winter months when we’ve all have been waiting for the cooler weather to bring out our booties and tall boots. It’s just a great look!
And, it’s great for concealing self defense tools too.
Here’s the thing with how to wear skinny jeans or wide legged jeans (or pants).
In order to not look like you’ve lost a ton of weight or frumpy and sloppy when styling wide legged jeans or pants you should go smaller on top when the bottoms are so full.
It’s important not to be so baggy all over. You get what I’m saying, it’s about the relationship in regards to proportions. So a wide leg jean and a big full top is, well um, not going to be the most attractive outfit you could put together! Tighter fitting or even cropped tops make concealing a firearm at the waist a challenge.
The clothes will look like they are swallowing you. Yes, we want to be stylish. Here’s how you can wear the latest trend in Wide leg jeans and carry by going moderately wide.
This way you still have a looser fitting top which will keep your firearm from printing.
