Dressing for concealment became my daily brain teaser. I mean, is it too much to ask to look great and still feel like my gun’s tucked away nice and safe? I could feel my anxiety growing trying to make sure my gun didn’t play show and tell. Plus, there was this looming dread of someone spotting my firearm and making a big deal out of it. And let’s be real, wearing tactical clothing just isn’t subtle. So much for being incognito! Then it hit me: I can’t be the only one struggling to be in vogue when my safety is on the line.

When I couldn’t find what I wanted I decided I’d have to create it. So, with an eye for design sharpened by years in interior decorating, I got the know-how to sketch out clothing, dissect pattern-making, and weave through the manufacturing maze. And that’s how Incognito Wear IX popped onto the scene—blending my craving for covertness, my itch for a sleek look, and my crafty side.

I kicked things off with the Lion + Lamb Concealment Crossover Top and didn’t stop there. Our mission is to equip women to carry with poise and style.
